Nathan adds perhaps the most powerful cursed artifact to his collection, Viv comes up with a wild grift, and Lane's inability to recognize a motif makes this the grossest episode yet!

On this week's episode of the Mystery Hole Podcast, the Spelunkers enjoy the low-hanging fruit and sweet waters of the old well they continually return to: Wikipedia's List of Unusual Deaths. Then, they examine the archetype of the Shadowy Advisor by reading about the lives of court magician John Dee and Rasputin, the Mad Monk. 

Episode 47 - From a Crab's Perspective

On this episode, the Hole Crew chats about Lane's hot dog collection, check in on the latest UAP news, ponder if Punxsutawney Phil is a cryptid, and go diving for sunken treasure. It's a thicc boi today, so strap in! 

Episode 46 - Five Discrete Beverages for Breakfast

Drawing inspiration from Black History Month, the Spelunkers delve into Afrocentric bits of interesting history and folklore. First on the docket - the enigmatic Yasuke, who was the first and only black samurai of feudal Japan. Then, the crew heads over to the Cryptid Corner to investigate Africa's most famous cryptid, the Mkele-mbembe. And finally, they look into some folklore of the Congo, including Africa's version of the vampire and - you guessed it - Africa's very own Weird Little Guy. 

Episode 45 - Can't Say We Did Nazi This Coming

The gang kicks off this week's episode by pondering fake tech nerd masculinity. Then, they check out aliens in The News. And finally, they infiltrate the Third Reich to get to the bottom of Nazis and the occult. Spoiler alert - it's real bad and dumb.

An episode about - you guessed it - weird dudes who are found dead on the ground. Quite a specific theme but it works. 

Episode 43 - The Russian Government is [REDACTED]!!

Back at last, the Hole Folks look at the curious life of infamous miser and Ebenezer Scrooge prototype John Elwes. Then, they head into the Ural Mountains to discover the truth behind the Dyatlov's Pass Incident. Grab your coat it's going to be a chilly one! 

Episode 42 - LOOK AT THE SIZE OF THAT GUY!

On this episode, the Spelunkers sojourn back down to Hell to take a gander at Paimon, the Demon of the Week. Then, shifting gears entirely, the crew continues their exploration into the mystery and majesty of the human form with the biographies of two extraordinarily large men - Angus MacCaskill and Daniel Lambert.
